Streptavidin binds to biotin with high affinity. Streptavidin-fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) is useful for detecting biotinylated antibodies. The excitation of FITC by 488 nm laser light induces a light emission maximum of520 nm.
Other Names: Streptavidin-Fluorescein Isothiocyanate, SAv-FITC

保存： 2-8℃避光保存。冰袋运输。不要冷冻。

使用说明
细胞表面流式抗体染色为例
1. 将处理好的细胞(5- 10 x 105 cells/tube)悬重于100μL细胞染色缓冲液中；
2. 每管加入0.25μg-0.5μg 生物素(Biotin)标记的抗体并轻轻混匀，冰上避光孵育15-20 minutes；
3. 用1mL细胞染色缓冲液洗涤1次，然后用100uL 细胞染色缓冲液重悬细胞；
4. 每管加入1μL(0.5μg) FITC Streptavidin ，冰上避光孵育20 minutes；
5. 用1mL细胞染色缓冲液洗涤1次；
6. 细胞重悬于300-500μL细胞染色缓冲液中，及时测试。如果不能及时测试，请避光保存于4° 并于4小时内测试。

注意事项
使用前快速离心，回收管壁上的液滴。
使用过程注意避光。
本产品仅用于科研，请勿用于体外诊断。

产品测试数据：

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes stained with CD8a biotin,followed by SAv-FITC.
保存： 2-8℃避光保存。冰袋运输。不要冷冻。
