The 37.51 monoclonal antibody is designed to target the mouse CD28 molecule, which is a homodimer with a molecular

Engagement of CD28 enhances TCR-mediated signaling, promotes the production of interleukin-2 (IL-2)and the expression of the high-affinity IL-2 receptor.
